Service Process Innovation & Systems Support (INTERNSHIP)

Position Summary

We are looking for an Intern to join our Service Process Innovation & Systems Support team. In this role, you will work together the project managers to support service projects from the feasibility studies, development, go-live and follow-up.

Role and Responsibilities

• Constant communication with the headquarters and external vendors
• Validating the offered solutions
• Providing support to the headquarters and to the external vendors during the project stages for the development of service systems
• Supporting the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local) and data extraction
• Providing advice to authorized service partners
• Offering advice to the service centers to optimize their local management solutions
• Providing courses and guidelines related to cyber security

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level
• Knowledge of SQL, MySQL
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
