Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development of the Continuous Auditing and Data Analytics program for the Global Internal Audit team.
Serve as a data analytics and internal controls expert and liaise with senior leadership to provide valuable services and insights that align with business objectives.
Drive the identification and implementation of innovative data assurance methods to automate the evaluation of the design and effectiveness of controls and influence positive business outcomes across products.
Own and architect continuous auditing and data analytics scenarios, including identifying and analyzing risks, planning and prioritizing the work, conducting interviews, and observing systems and operations.
Contribute comprehensive data knowledge accumulation to the internal audit team’s strategy.
Manage the identification of an inventory of applications, databases, and data warehouses across the company.
Recruit, hire, and mentor junior-level data analytics audit professionals, providing technical guidance to team members and enhancing technical capabilities.
Engage in self-study, research, and continuing education efforts to expand knowledge of the audit profession, data analytics best practices, the e-commerce industry, and our products.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $239200 - $483200 annually.
