Culinary Responsibilities – Chef Position

• Prepare Danish and French-inspired dishes using premium ingredients
• Ensure flavour, appearance, and consistency across all menu offerings
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver a top-tier guest experience
• Support larger functions and events with efficient kitchen execution

Chef qualifications and skills – Who are we looking for?

• You are a qualified chef
• Minimum one year’s experience in a similar chef role
• Pride in working with quality ingredients and culinary craft
• Ambitious, positive, and eager to develop both yourself and the kitchen
• Ability to work independently but value being part of a strong team
• Curious, engaged, and solution-oriented in busy service situations
