Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all.  We're for a Manager to support our VP, Investor Relations in positioning Aurora to the investment community.

In this role, you will:

• Develop a strong understanding of our company, strategy, and industry.
• Support the quarterly reporting process, including preparation of our shareholder letter, conference call script, investor presentation, and Q&A, as well as coordinating logistics.
• Contribute to content creation, including investor presentations and other materials to support internal/external communications/events.
• Assist with prospective investor targeting and the coordination of investor marketing efforts including non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, etc.
• Review and analyze sell-side research, including financial models.
• Analyze 13-F filings and develop a quarterly ownership report, illustrating the composition of our shareholder base, meaningful buying and selling activity, an overview of new investors, and changes in investment style and other trends among our shareholder base.
• Manage our Investor Relations website to ensure accuracy and best practice disclosure.
• Monitor peer results, industry media coverage, and market research to stay abreast of intelligence and trends.
• Perform ad hoc research requests.
• Maintain Investor Relations databases, including contact management system and research library.
• Liaise with other departments, including Accounting, Communications, FP&A, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, and Product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an IR, sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, and/or corporate finance role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Financial acumen including demonstrated understanding of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and other sensitive information appropriately.
• Highly motivated self-starter; able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment, while adhering to our corporate values.
• High level of personal ownership and intellectual curiosity.

The base salary range for this position is $122,000-$195,000 per year.  Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
