The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, engineering, modeling & simulation, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by our team. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
The Knowledge Management Solution Engineer is responsible for administering and supporting Anduril’s content and knowledge systems (Sharepoint, Box, our Learning Management System, and other solutions). They will setup, configure, manage, and maintain the these systems, including configurations, business rules, process flow, data imports and translation, and all related documentation. Additionally, they will analyze business requirements to determine optimal technical solutions and lead enterprise-wide workflow development projects utilizing the systems. The role includes overseeing the lifecycle of internal content, from creation and storage to sharing and archiving, while ensuring that all materials are accessible, relevant, and compliant with our company standards. They will set corporate policy (in coordination with legal, compliance, infosec, and relevant stakeholders) to ensure Anduril is maximizing the usage of its digital systems while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions across the portfolio of knowledge and content systems
- Provide training and support to users during and post-implementation to ensure adoption of new technology and processes
- Lead the development and implementation of new features, including defining project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure Anduril is maximizing the use of our tools’ capabilities and taking advantage of new functionality
- Manage and maintain our internal content repositories, utilizing Office 365 and Box to their fullest potential for document management and collaboration
- Establish and maintain a structured content governance model to ensure consistency and control over content creation, storage, retrieval, and decommissioning
- Provide training and support to staff on Office 365 and Box, ensuring best practices in content management and collaboration are followed
- Monitor and report on content usage metrics to help drive future investments in tooling and functionality
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to ensure that content management practices adhere to compliance requirements and data protection policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on content and knowledge management tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with Office 365 and Box administration and workflow configuration and design, document and image import process,
