This full-time position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise to manage and oversee hospital operations in the absence of administrative staff, directly contributing to exceptional patient care. 

The schedule includes 2-12-hour night shifts per week and 1-12-hour day shift per week, every 3rd weekend requirement on nights, Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires completion Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
