The Head of Global Professional Services will lead the strategic direction, delivery, and execution of professional services across the organization. This individual will work closely with regional teams to establish and implement best practices, partner with education and applications teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and oversee large-scale engagements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This position will serve as a key leader in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Location: Flexible, with travel required to support regional teams and customer engagements as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global professional services strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and regional goals.

• Establish scalable frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across regions.

• Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate professional services into broader organizational initiatives.

• Partner with regional leaders to understand market-specific needs, challenges, and opportunities.

• Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance service delivery and customer outcomes in each region.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing between global and regional teams.

• Monitor and report on project performance, driving accountability for achieving KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets.

• Contribute to the development of training programs that empower professional services teams and enhance customer engagement.

• Build and mentor a high-performing professional services team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

• Experience in medical devices/healthcare; experience in Radiation Oncology preferred.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within professional services, consulting, or related functions.

• Demonstrated success in partnering with regional teams to develop and implement scalable best practices.

• Strong expertise in managing large-scale customer engagements, with a track record of achieving KPIs.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience working closely with education and applications teams to drive alignment and customer success.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
