Our leadership team consists of experienced Behavior Analysts who understand the responsibility and impact of your role—and who are committed to providing meaningful mentorship and collaboration.</p> <p>We deliver ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive, individualized support in the environments that matter most.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)</li> <li>Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans</li> <li>Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)</li> <li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals</li> <li>Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings</li> <li>Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform</li> <li>Ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li>Active BCBA certification</li> <li>Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred (not required)</li>
