 Essential Job Functions:

 Maintains close relationship with targeted guests through personal contacts by telecommunications and in person. Promoting guests with Special events and promotions. Anticipate customers’ needs and provide the best customer services with all liaison services arrangements. Promoting customers by developing new era market of customers by telemarketing, mail, and other marketing methods. Professionalism in customer services, internal departments communications and vendors who provided services to customers. Fully Comply with all required rules, regulations, law, policies by highest levels of integrity and honesty.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration/Hotel or Business Marketing is preferred.  Must have a minimum of 2 years VIP Guest Services related experience with strong interpersonal communication skills to provide the best customer services with strong critical thinking skills. Must be flexible to work different shifts, weekends and holidays when is necessary and required. Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Cantonese or other dialects will be a plus. Must be able a great team player to work together with team members in a Strip renowned Marketing Team. Self-motivated by well-groomed professionalism appearance, good attendance record. Self-efficiency in all Microsoft Office Software and computer skills. Able to work in a 2nd Hand Smoke environment.
