Position Summary:

Expert in all conventional aspects of implementation, communication, monitoring, and maintenance of policies and procedures to protect technology information, environments, and systems.  

Position Description:

• Oversee the offshore fulfillment team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Active Directory and IAM.
• Train and mentor, the offshore team to enhance their customer-facing skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
• Monitor and manage Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in IAM and Active Directory technologies

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Active Directory Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and related technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are preferred.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
