The Role

As an intern, you will support our colleagues in improving client proposals by actively participating in the rollout of a new IT system (Broking Platform). During this rollout, some formats and texts will need to be optimized, data migrated. You will thus directly contribute to a reliable and high-quality implementation of the new IT system.

At the same time, you will develop your technical knowledge and skills through "learning on the job." You will be closely supervised by the Broking Platform project team, Head of Operations, and Broking to eventually work as independently as possible.

The Requirements

As an intern at WTW, you make a very important contribution to the standardization and digitization of our insurance contracts. Therefore, it is expected that you have strong analytical skills and can work full-time.
