Raytheon’s System Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) team is seeking a Test Lead for the NASAMS program to manage the execution of the integration, verification and validation scope.  This role will be responsible for collaborating internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and customer to plan, prepare and execute First Article Factory Acceptance Testing and System Demonstration of the NASAMS launcher systems.  This position reports into the overall NASAMS SI&T Cross Product Team Lead.

What You Will Do

  • Provides direction over the integration & test team supporting the NASAMS contract – includes the planning, development and review of test procedures, and execution of test events.
  • Identify resources required for execution of test events.
  • Responsible for partnering test and validation approach with program management and external customers​/partners.
  • International travel up to 20%. Travel for test events for final system integration and checkout.
  • Ability to travel 10% between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system test.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Value System).
  • The Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge and experience with developing bids.
  • Experience with developing EACs.
  • Experience as a cross-product team lead or integrated product team lead.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
