Tasks:
- Follows the execution of Business Unit Quality Improvement Program.
- Support execution of Process and Design FMEA, Risk and Reliability analyses.
- Uses statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to analyze manufacturing process data to seek for improvement opportunities.
- Support Black Belts in statistics and acts as Quality representative in Digital Transformation Program.
- Works closely with the BU, GPG and HUB quality team and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality-related issues, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist in maintaining quality systems and documentation.
Main Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Black Belts in Business Unit to support multidimension data analysis.
- Analyzing data from various sources machine data (from IBA), ECS, SAP data from ECS or material characteristics.
- Analyze special product characteristics variation using analytical tools PowerBI, Celonis.
- Looking for outliers comparing similar product data collected globally.
- Support Root Cause Analysis of Top Quality Customer Issues and Test Failures.
- Search for new tools and way to improve the quality even further. Analyze the recent trends in quality management.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Desing- and Process- Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Statistical Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Capability Analysis
- Strong analytical skills and can extract key points from large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Methodical problems solving methods (RCA, 8D, A3, 3 Legged 5 Why Engineering degree)
- Lean Six Sigma (min. Yellow Belt or higher)
- IT skills, in particular high proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint)
- Strong written and spoken skills, excellent written English and able to produce precise and concise reports and technical notes.
- Attention to detail whilst also retaining a view of the bigger picture.
