We have expertise in <em>iGaming</em> operations (sports <em>betting</em>, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.</p><p>We are looking for an <strong>Senior Internal Communication Manager</strong> to join our team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Internal Communication Strategy: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals and HR objectives;</li><li>Ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels, reflecting the company’s tone of voice and culture.</li></ul><p><strong>Content Creation and Management: </strong></p><ul><li>Create compelling content for newsletters, intranet updates, town halls, and other internal platforms;</li><li>Oversee the development of multimedia materials, including videos, presentations, and graphics, to enhance communication efforts.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Engagement and Corporate Culture: </strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to design and execute initiatives that boost employee engagement and reinforce corporate values;</li><li>Support leadership in delivering impactful messages that resonate with employees at all levels.</li></ul><p><strong>Change Communication: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute communication plans for organizational changes, such as policy updates, mergers, or strategic initiatives;</li><li>Manage feedback mechanisms to ensure employees feel heard and included during times of change.</li></ul><p><strong>Channel Management: </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee internal communication platforms, including the intranet, email newsletters, and collaboration tools, ensuring their effectiveness and accessibility;</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of communication channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration and Leadership: </strong></p><ul><li>Partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to align internal communication efforts with broader business strategies;</li><li>Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the Employer Brand and Communication department.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role, for Middle role - 3 years;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline;</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;</li><li>Strong storytelling ability with a knack for simplifying complex messages;</li><li>Proficiency in managing internal communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranets, email marketing systems);</li><li>Analytical mindset to measure and improve communication effectiveness;</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills;</li><li>Collaborative and people-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments;</li><li>Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ukrainian Language is required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies:</strong></p><ul><li>Children Allowance</li><li>Mental Health Support</li><li>Sport Activities</li><li>Language Courses</li><li>Automotive Services</li><li>Veterinary Services</li><li>Home Office Setup Assistance</li><li>Dental Services</li><li>Books and Stationery</li><li>Training Compensation</li><li>And yes, even Massage!</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Take the Leap?</strong></p><p>Join a team where every day is an opportunity to take a RISK and come out on top.
