Chargé Clientèle Grands Comptes Int. 3 MOIS (F/H/D)

The Opportunity:

Rattaché à la Direction des Ventes France, en étroite collaboration avec nos ingénieurs-technico-commerciaux généralistes et nos équipes marketing & commerciale sédentaire, vous avez l’entière responsabilité du suivi des clients et assurez la relation avec les services internes.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Chargé de Clientèle Grands comptes.

Vos responsabilités

• Réception – Emissions des appels clients

• Traiter et prendre en charge les demandes clients en coordination avec les services internes

• Assurer le traitement et suivi des commandes en partenariat avec les transporteurs, les fournisseurs ou les prestataires de services

• Prise en charge des blocages de commandes

• Traiter et suivre les réclamations selon les procédures définies.

• En collaboration avec la vente, le client et les services internes, mettre à jour les données clients dans notre ERP et le CRM.

Ce que vous apportez

• Niveau Licence L3 minimum ou Master à dominante commerciale, sans prérequis d'expérience !

• Qualités recherchées : orientation client, autonomie, rigueur et organisation

• Niveau d’anglais Intermédiaire (B2 minimum) indispensable

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et du Pack Office
