Prep Cook & Delivery Driver

Sandstone Care is hiring for a full time kitchen staff for Medical Detox location in Chantilly!      Our kitchen team works collaboratively to make amazing nutritious meals for clients at our Medical Detox and Residential treatment center in Chantilly, VA.  We need someone who is passionate, reliable, and service oriented. As a member of the team you are an integral part of treatment for clients and help create a safe environment for them to get the support they need. This position will require you to drive a 15 passenger van from the offsite kitchen to the treatement facility.      Your primary responsibilities will be: 

• Meal Prep, and Cooking for 24 adult clients in a medical detox treatment setting for substance use and mental health diagnosis. 
• Driving a 15 passenger van to transport food from the offsite kitchen to the treatment facility
• Supporting the Head Chef with projects as needed to benefit the overall success of our Kitchen Team including kitchen matinenance and cleaning. 

    SCHEDULE: Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available   COMPENSATION: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Experience & Qualifications: 

• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months of experience in food preparation / cooking
• Candidates must have a valid drivers and meet requirements to be covered by company insurance

• This position requires fluency in both verbal and written English to ensure effective communication in an active treatment facility. This is a critical safety precaution for the well-being of our clients and staff.
