You will
• Conduct market research and develop marketing plans to promote the vision, mission, goals, and achievements of Circunomics.
• Assist in creating presentations and submitting material to internal and external providers (advertising, social media, website, media, PR, and marketing agencies).
• Assist in developing and implementing digital communication strategies.
• Planning and organizing advertising measures (e.g., ads on and offline).
• Marketing, e-commerce and related product management.
• Provide market feedback to the product manager, designer, and tech team to improve Circunomics products and services.
• Identify and evaluate growth potential and technology trends in the battery industry as well as the second-life market, recycling industry, and other relevant industries.

Your profile

• Studying a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Have made first professional experience in related field.
• Exceptional communication, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong eye for design and ability to create engaging visual materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread own work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and German.

About Us

Circunomics GmbH, was founded in 2019 and is already one of the leading companies in battery circularity. The company is based in Mainz. Founders Felix Wagner and Jan Born have set themselves the goal of establishing a circular battery economy by inspiring a movement of taking batteries from first-life in electric vehicles to second-life applications and finally to recycling any remaining raw materials.

The Circunomics team has developed an innovative digital marketplace where digital "circular twins" can be registered, tracked, and traded battery packs. The company has been supported thus far by seed investors and business angels. Startup builder Next Mobility Labs, recycler TES, Orlen VC, and Dr. Peter Mertens, former Chief Technology Officer of Audi, are some key players.

US-based company Frost & Sullivan awarded Circunomics the 2023 Market Leadership Award. The award identified Circunomics as the best in class in the European circular marketplace for the battery trading industry.
