Under the direction of the supervisor, the incumbent provides administrative support, including drafting and editing documents, reviewing, labelling, and organizing digital files, data collection and entry, and general logistical support for the Faculty of Law Research Office.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Assist drafting and editing documents;

2.Reviewing, labelling, and organizing digital files;

3.Data-collection and entry;

4.Support in organizing and running events;

5.Identifying prospective research grant opportunities;

6.General administrative support.

The list outlined is a representative but not exhaustive list of tasks that may be performed by the incumbent.

Other Requirements: •Bilingual (French / English) – written and spoken;

•Experience drafting or editing grant and awards applications;

•Computer skills – Excel, Word, Adobe;

•McGill graduate-level student or equivalent preferred.
