The Director NGL Commercial is responsible for leading a diverse team that supervises the commercial activities of a broad range of assets spread across North America. The NGL commercial group engages in ongoing customer interactions to bring significant value to our NGL storage, pipeline, rail terminal, truck terminal, and fractionation assets. The ability to apply a high degree of creativity to commercial contracting and logistics activity, and collaborate with operations customers to resolve problems are keys to success in this role.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Understands our broad and changing asset base and geography to ensure logistical issues are identified and resolved
- Defines and supports the execution of our competitive strategy as it relates to the growth of our NGL business, and integrates that business within our operating areas
- Serves as NGL subject matter specialist
- Supervises team of subject matter specialists who support our business development and origination efforts and a team responsible for supporting rail terminals, truck terminals, storage facilities, pipelines, and fractionators across our asset footprint
- Coordinates workforce planning/career development activities for team members
- Engages with team and other business partners on logistics and distribution-related issues, serving as decision-maker when the need arises
- Drives high asset utilization rates and generates plan value for multiple franchises across Williams; negotiates contracts that add new value while mitigating risk in alignment with business strategy
- Drives awareness and understanding of NGL commercial activity and opportunities among various business partner groups
- Other duties as assigned
Educations/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering; a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the energy industry
- Preferred: MBA; a minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and marketing-specific systems
- Action and process oriented
- Customer service and contract skills
- Analytical background
- Preferred: Intricate economic modeling experience
