ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.

The Senior Cloud Engineer in this position will lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based software solutions for DoD industry. This position will work with a team of other cloud engineers to complete all duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and work with talented software developers and engineers to create sophisticated cloud applications that integrate with DoD systems and technologies.

• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams, conduct security and compliance audits of cloud systems, and stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 7+ years of related IT experience

• 3+ years in tandem of full-time professional experience establishing and administering enterprise solutions within Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud services

• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure services including EC2, ELB, Auto-Scaling, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, Elastic Cache, Cloud Formation

• Must be able to obtain and maintain one of the following: CISSP, CASP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification within 1 month from accepting offer and prior to onboarding

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including DevSecOps

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, and Ansible automation tools

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
