Summary
Barry University School of Nursing BSN Program is currently seeking applicants for part-time/Adjunct
clinical supervisor positions to teach undergraduate nursing students in a clinical setting.
Applicants must have current clinical expertise in one or more of the following nursing specialties:
Med Surg; Obstetrics; Pediatrics; Behavioral Health; High Acuity; Foundations, and Community.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include supervision of a group of undergraduate nursing students (8-10) in a clinical setting.
Collaboration with the Clinical Course Coordinator regarding lecture content required clinical documentation, course goals and outcomes, and skills set to be achieved.
Midterm and final evaluation of student's progress in the clinical setting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MSN degree required.
Active unencumbered Florida RN or APRN License
Solid clinical background in one or more of the following clinical specialties: Med Surg; Obstetrics;
Pediatrics; Behavioral Health; High Acuity; Foundations, and Community.
Previous clinical teaching experience preferred.
