Senior Go To Market Analyst

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Go-to-Market Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in shaping and executing our GTM strategies across product launches, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and drive measurable business outcomes

 

Must Have Skills/Experience 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform GTM planning.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and operations to align messaging, positioning, and enablement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track GTM performance metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign ROI).
• Conduct win/loss analysis and customer segmentation to optimize targeting and messaging.
• Support pricing and packaging strategies with data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in GTM workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business analysis, or revenue operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

•  Experience in SaaS or technology industries.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
