Job Details

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, schedule and arrange the logistics for virtual and in person interviews across Cencora and the individual segments. Lead engagement with the coordinators of senior leaders, external and internal candidates and the recruiter responsible for the individual position. 

  • Help co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for face-to-face interviews where necessary. 

  • Support the scheduling of briefings/debriefings and update meetings with external search firms. 

  • Support the team in creating specific executive search documents, templates, reports and other ad-hoc requests. 

  • Assist with Workday requests and changes to roles, descriptions and offer management. 

  • Provide additional administrative support such as invoice processing. 

  • Support the Executive and Senior Leadership TA team on process improvements. 

  • Audit and manage requisition files to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

  • Other bespoke projects and requests that come from the team or business. 

  • Ensure an outstanding and effortless candidate and hiring leader experience, anticipating needs and ensuring relevant documentation and information is provided. 

  • Have a keen eye for detail and consistency at all times. 

Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes 

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar recruitment administration or coordination role gained within a fast paced, multinational organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday, is essential. 

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders with a focus on administrative support and coordination 

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with change and ambiguity. 

  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations. 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with expertise in finding clarity in the perceived chaos. 

  • Previous experience working extensively across multiple time zones in a multinational organization. 

  • Calm under pressure with an approachable, collaborative working style. 

  • Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise to effectively meet deadlines. 

  • Able to collaborate with others to enhance existing ways of working. 

  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach and practical outlook on problem solving.
