Mondays to Fridays, flexible between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Sydney, NSW, Australia
20 hours per week

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to support a rapidly growing boat charter business in their digital expansion journey. You’ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing the online presence of a company that manages end-to-end event experiences on the water. Responsibilities

Manage and update the company website using WordPress to showcase boat listings and services

Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and attract more clients

Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms

Add new boat listings to the website with detailed specifications and attractive presentations

Maintain accurate pricing information across website and backend systems

Conduct lead generation through strategic social media outreach and research

Build comprehensive prospect lists of potential clients interested in boat charter services

Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support smooth business operations

Assist with general marketing research and campaign development during downtime

Support backend operations to enable business owners to focus on client relationships and growth

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing roles

Strong proficiency with WordPress website management and content updates

Demonstrated SEO knowledge with ability to implement optimization strategies

Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content

Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks

Lead generation experience through social media and research methodologies

Technical aptitude for website maintenance and troubleshooting

Strong communication skills with potential for future email management responsibilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning about the marine events industry
