Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Customer Supply Specialist for the Customer Service department at our Marousi premises.
As a Customer Supply Specialist, the ideal candidate will receive and process/follow up regular and launch customer orders, handle customers inquiries, and / or supply complaints covering items or products ordered. He/she will maintain and has ongoing relationship with selected customers and BD team.

What you will do:
- Handle and manage orders received from customers and update for their status on a regular basis from the Purchase Order receipt till the dispatch date
- Be responsible for entering and updating monthly forecasts sent by customers to SAP; checks the forecasted quantities with the open orders
- Manage launches for new APIs and/or important markets including monitoring and follow up in topics affecting the target launch date (RA/granting MA processes, IP /patent issues, API/availability/alternatives, artworks etc)
- Track and update status for all new launches
- Review the planning schedule of the open orders status and depict of the orders where Regulatory or QA issues exist impacting their delivery plan. Circulate the information to CS members and inform the customers handled accordingly
- Track and consolidate information received internally (either via planning schedules or via emails correspondence) concerning issues affecting the delivery schedule of orders for a number of customers due to lack /delay of API, packing materials, import licenses etc and provide data (customers orders affected, root cause, current supply status, expected resolution date, etc) to facilitate information to the customers, allocation if needed etc
- Be accountable for monitoring the performance KPIs for the customer accounts being responsible for
- Train new hires in terms of orders data entry, familiarization with planning schedules, customers’ forecasts handling, retrieving/reporting data from SAP (open orders, billing items etc), and or clickview (otif/forecasts accuracy)
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other related degree is considered an asset
- At least 5 years of previous experience in Regulatory Affairs or Project Management in pharma Business projects
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer literacy, familiar with SAP system
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, strong project management skills
