Job Summary

A Senior Application Engineer is a critical member of the account teams that support our most valuable and sophisticated Hyperscale and Colocation Datacenter Customers. Senior AE will utilize technical skills, business acumen and product knowledge to understand the cooling needs of our customers and prepare ratings, selections, submittals, sales quotations and educational content for our customers. An expert in Coolant Distribution Units (CDU), Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), Direct Evaporative Cooling Units (DEC), Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHX) and Coil Wall Units, the Senior AE reviews specifications, performs CDE reviews, generates sales quotations, creates submittals and supports technical enquiries from customers, consulting engineers and design-build contractors. Senior AE is the critical communication link between customers, account executives, various engineering teams, test labs and supplier’s engineers.
