Q2 ALS manufactures high quality individual pump parts in the Oil and Gas Industry. We offer a complete product line of barrels, plungers, fittings, accessories and heat treated tubing needed for downhole pump installations.


US Rod in Nappanee, Indiana is sourcing for a Phosphate Operator.
This position works 5AM - 3:30PM Monday through Thursday, 5AM - 1:30PM Friday (as required).
Specific responsibilities may include:
• Load crane hoist with product for phosphate coating.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Follow and apply Us Rod specs and drawings for couplings to be phosphated.
• Check phosphate line is running correctly.
• Sample phosphate line daily.
• Learn about products being phosphated, and assist in the identification and labeling.
• Maintain a high quality level.
• Package finished product.
Experience
• Machinery experience preferred.
• Experience working in an API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 environment a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Possess basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to follow instructions.
