Business Services Representative

Job Description

The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors. 

• Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room
• Maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales
• Knowledge of shipping processes
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of computer technology, software, word processing, fax and copy machines, manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines
• 21 years of age or older
