We have an excellent opportunity for an on-site Account Administrator to coordinate and manage our mobile communications devices located at our Home Office in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate policies and information regarding phones to field offices and personnel.
• Billing – Review each carrier’s invoice for accuracy and code payment. Identify equipment orders. Communicate text/data plan overages to field offices and management.
• Assist users with questions about equipment ordering, rate plans, and technical issues.
• Answer questions from field offices on phone contract expiration dates and upgrade eligibility; review phone bills and phone usage and features.
• Create weekly/monthly reports.
• Contact carrier when necessary to troubleshoot phone issues.
• Place orders for new and replacement equipment and accessories.
• Manage inventory of all mobile devices throughout the company.

Requirements

Requirements include:

• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented.
• Experience managing projects, communicating and researching issues, and compiling data/reports. Accounting experience is helpful.
• Skilled in Excel and Word.
