Internal Audit Data Analyst

<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>Titan Cement Group</strong> is looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Group Internal Audit team, as<strong> Internal Audit Data Analyst</strong>. </p> <p> </p> <p>The job holder will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Internal Auditing.</p> <p> </p> <p>The position will be based in <strong>Athens</strong>, <strong>Greece.</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong><u>What you will do:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize data to drive continuous auditing initiatives across the Group and conduct analytics for periodic audits.</li> <li>Provide data analytics support during the planning and execution phases of internal audits by: <ul> <li>Understanding business processes, evaluating potential risks, and identifying key risk indicators.</li> <li>Developing analytics solutions to streamline and enhance audit approaches by automating manual testing procedures.</li> <li>Supporting audit teams with data extraction, transformation, and analysis.</li> <li>Participating in audits by performing assigned steps and tests.</li> <li>Enhancing audit deliverables through advanced data visualization techniques.</li> <li>Conduct special projects and respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.</li> <li>Communicate data insights and findings to internal audit stakeholders in a clear, impactful, and concise manner.</li> </ul></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What you will bring:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in Data Science, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in data or statistical analysis, within an internal audit or manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in manipulating large datasets using tools such as ACL, Python, Power BI, or similar, to provide insights into business processes and internal controls.</li> <li>Experience with SAP will be considered an asset.</li> <li>Knowledge of Internal Audit standards and procedures is a plus.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written, at a professional corporate level.</li> <li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.</li> <li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What you need to succeed:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li> <li>Knowledge of business processes and an understanding of risk management principles.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data simply and effectively.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.</li> </ul>
