Job Description

A $2,500 Sign-On Bonus is available for new external hires. This bonus will be included in your first regular paycheck.

Position Description:

The role involves comprehensive maintenance and repair of complex technical equipment within an industrial/production setting. It requires collaboration with business leaders to optimize production equipment needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on both new and existing facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and computerized building management systems.

• Perform recalibrations and repairs as necessary.

• Execute general equipment maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Oversee 24-hour on/off production equipment operations, with potential call-ins for assistance.

• Engage in the development and enhancement of both new and current process equipment.

• Maintain process equipment by creating/initiating preventive maintenance schedules and documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - SAP).

• -Collaborate with vendors and a parts management agency to ensure proper inventory levels of machine parts.

Shift Details:

• Work three 12-hour days from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday through Sunday. Additional compensation is provided for the weekend shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience and knowledge in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work autonomously, report statuses, and identify deficiencies.

• Competence in maintaining computerized records with current maintenance software.

• Skilled in engaging with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required | Technical or trade school training in electrical/Automation controls preferred.
