If you're an expert in generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Key areas of responsibility</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proactively help to improve and develop marketing creative strategy with further implementation across a variety of ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).</p></li><li><p>Translate insights into actions that resonate with our target audience.</p></li><li><p>Innovate using new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance creative output.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Creative excellence</strong></p><ul><li><p>Generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas that are highly relevant to the strategy. Write briefs.</p></li><li><p>Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics.</p></li><li><p>Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions.</p></li><li><p>Give constant feedback and share best practices with the team. Act as a mentor for less experienced teammates.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Strong management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage full-cycle creatives’ production: from idea to final implementation.</p></li><li><p>Plan and coordinate your own workload, prioritize tasks and goals.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required professional skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar position.</p></li><li><p>Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok, and Google.</p></li><li><p>Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications.</p></li><li><p>Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving marketing KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Strong background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Excellent project and time management skills.</p></li><li><p>Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and team-wide success.</p></li><li><p>Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance. Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context.</p></li><li><p>Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Operate autonomously and proactively.</p></li><li><p>Upper-intermediate or advanced English level.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional qualities that may be helpful</strong></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of the specifics of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok’s algorithm, features, and trends is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc., for creating and iterating ads.</p></li><li><p>Profound awareness of trends within the health and fitness vertical.</p></li><li><p>Experience with subscription-based applications and mobile advertising markets.</p></li><li><p>A genuine passion for wellness and health tech.</p></li></ul><p>This is a <strong>freelance position</strong>, allowing for flexibility in working hours and location.
