• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Possibility for four 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
• You will maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• You will empty trash and recycling bins Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• You will clean and maintain restrooms
• You will notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• You will operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
• You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
• You will perform machine repair and general preventative maintenance on equipment in compliance with preventative maintenance programs.
• You will provide support in the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
• You will maintain all paperwork to document repair and preventative maintenance work completed.
• You will comply with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
• You will remove debris and snow from sidewalks
• You will maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
• You may perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, years of relevant experience required.
