Raytheon is seeking to hire a Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Short-Range Area Defense (SRAD) program area with products including Stinger, Next Generation Short Range Interceptor (NGSRI), Israeli Cooperative Programs, and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC), within the Short and Medium Ground Based Air Defense (SMGBAD) portfolio- a part of the Land and Air Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position will report directly to the SRAD Executive Director and will support the program offices, integrated product teams and cross product teams.  This position is a full time, on site position based out of Andover, MA.

This Program Integrator will be responsible for creating and analyzing aggregated data points from various programs within SRAD, program integration coordination, control, and engagement within the various program levels and functional partners and advocating various program management plans. Additionally, this role is responsible for PM best practices and communicating the vision of SRAD to ensure continuity across the programs and leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, i.e., risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
  • Preparing, revising, updating, and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
  • Supporting program execution on contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and actions by working collaboratively with the program offices within SRAD.
  • Display and demonstrate strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and track SRAD aggregated action items to ensure timely closure of actions, including the preparation and management of all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews.
  • Coordinate program data, information, and preparation for customer engagements and visits, as required at the SRAD level.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive program and team culture, to which top talent is attracted.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with members of the SRAD, SMGBAD, and program leadership teams (LTs) as necessary to achieve business and reporting requirements.
  • Expected to travel (approximately 20-35%) for offsites and program-related activities.

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools to maximize efficiency in project management and collaboration in a matrixed environment
  • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Action item prioritization/tracking with ability to ensure action owners are proactively managing effort
  • Proven ability in process creation and/or improvement
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
  • An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification, or equivalent.
