Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in e-commerce platforms, search platforms, and/or marketing technologies to join our global team. In this role, you will be a key technical partner for our customers, working closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, helping enterprises implement Zoovu’s Hybrid Search, Generative AI, and conversational commerce solutions within their tech stack. This is a customer-facing, high-impact role that requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for innovative AI-driven e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and architect AI-powered product discovery solutions.
• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to present Zoovu’s capabilities, conduct demos, and provide proof-of-concept (PoC) support.
• Integration & API Expertise: Guide customers in integrating Zoovu’s composable solutions into their e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
• Product Discovery Optimization: Work with customers to enhance search relevance, personalize recommendations, and improve conversion rates using Zoovu’s product discovery solutions.
• Customer Success & Enablement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Zoovu’s platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Who You Are

• Industry Expertise: Experience in e-commerce search platforms, guided selling, PIM/DAM, or marketing technology solutions.
• Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based architectures, and integrations within the e-commerce ecosystem.
• AI & Search Enthusiast: Passion for Generative AI, NLP, and Hybrid Search technologies in e-commerce.
• Client-Facing Experience: Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers, from pre-sales to implementation.
• Problem-Solver: Comfortable troubleshooting complex challenges and optimizing product discovery solutions for enterprise clients.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and demo abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex AI concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant in the e-commerce or SaaS space.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
• Experience with search engines and AI-powered product discovery platforms (e.g., Zoovu, Coveo, Algolia, Bloomreach).
• Proficiency in API integration, RESTful services, and cloud-based deployments.
• Understanding of composable commerce, MACH architecture, and data syndication across digital channels.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients, B2B e-commerce, and AI-driven personalization solutions.
