What will you do?

• Recepción y revisión exhaustiva del expediente procedente de los MICE Sales Executive (revisión de bloqueos, proformas, tarifas, PMS, etc.)
• Procesamiento de la información a través del PMS
• Realización y cumplimiento de órdenes de servicio, contratando servicios auxiliares y procurando el servicio más cercano a lo solicitud del huésped.
• Coordinar todos los detalles operacionales del grupo (audios, montajes, menús, alergias, materiales, servicios…).
• Adecuación de las peticiones de los huéspedes a las posibilidades del hotel, buscando siempre la mejor calidad y la optimización de espacios y recursos.
• Coordinación entre el Cluster, el Hotel y las Empresas externas proveedoras de otros servicios.
• Búsqueda de la maximización de ingresos, incluyendo upsellings y venta cruzada.

What are we looking for?

• Conocimientos en idiomas (inglés nivel alto imprescindible).
• Conocimientos en ofimática a nivel avanzado.
• Valorable dominio de Opera Cloud.
• Conocimiento profundo de las características de los hoteles (habitaciones, salas, menús, etc.).
