Our company is a Residential Services expert with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Superintendant and a team of cleaning professionals in assisting with common area and apartment repairs, minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry as well as upkeep of the physical grounds, ensuring curb appeal through interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail is critical to ensure the satisfaction of the community’s residents.
