The Role

Partner with our Platform Accessibility Leader and focus on:

Defining Goals and Objectives: Work with the leader to outline clear goals for accessibility initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization’s vision.

Developing Strategy: Formulate strategies to drive the success of accessibility efforts, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Establishing Information Architecture: Help to design and build the accessibility hub for FI platforms.  Manage resource access, including SumTotal trainings and cross business unit testing documentation.

Supporting Education: Identify training opportunities and provide resources to keep everyone’s knowledge current on accessibility standards.

Shaping Culture: Promote a culture of inclusivity, setting an example for the organization and establishing norms for expected behavior.

Partner with our COE Leader and focus on:

Planning Client Engagement: Collaborate to create and execute plans for client engagement activities, such as User Experience Cohorts and Tech Leader Forums.

Coordinating Efforts: Provide coordination across multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are aligned, and progress is communicated effectively.

Delivering Results: Work towards delivering tangible outcomes from client engagement opportunities, measuring success against predefined metrics.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3-6 years’ experience in program management, preferably in strategy and planning

• Proven communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Energy, curiosity, and a willingness to take a try-scan-scale approach when implementing new approaches.

• Ability to collaborate and engage at all levels of the organization with an emphasis on influence and collaboration.

• Demonstrated self-starter with experience working in a dynamic environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities.

• You are an active listener, comfortable with analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, generating appropriate courses of action, and taking initiative to drive efforts to completion.

• A growing understanding of agile methodologies, roles/responsibilities, and knowledge of scaling concepts desired.

The Team

The mission of the Platform Strategy & Standards Center of Excellence within Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services Platform and Technology is to drive strategy and standards that influence the creation of intuitive, modern, accessible, consistent, and personalized digital client experiences.  As a member of the Platform Strategy and Standards COE, you would play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives designed to enhance the user experience for our clients and improve their satisfaction with our digital platforms.
