Quality Control Technician

Neogen Corporation is seeking a QC Specialist to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet both regulatory and internal standards through rigorous validation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing validation protocols, analyzing data, and troubleshooting technical issues.

This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare installation and test validation procedures/protocols to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal company standards, and industry best practices

• Compile and analyze validation data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend process improvements

• Investigate and troubleshoot validation-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions

• Maintain accurate, organized validation documentation and records to ensure compliance and traceability

• Perform receiving and shipping unit checks as part of the validation workflow

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in process validation, quality assurance, or a regulated manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with validation protocols and documentation requirements

• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail

Payrate: $20-25/hr
