Job Description
The Regional Dining Performance Manager is responsible for supporting Aramark’s Correctional Services new and base business clients with innovation, retail merchandising, promotions and elevated dining experiences. This role serves as a liaison between Aramark’s marketing team, regional team and client’s account locations spanning an entire geographical region. This position will ensure client and consumers’ needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards.
The position reports to the Director of Food and Retail Innovation and interacts with all levels of management, clients, vendors, and multiple consumer stakeholders.
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

Travel: Approximately 50% within designated region
- Develop and project manage repeatable field processes to meet or exceed key metrics measuring operating profit, product rotation, waste management, menu, presentation, and merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and key metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with Regional Leadership to implement processes and programs that will drive measurable results across the full staff amenity and retail dining environments.
- Drive the expansion of inmate fresh food retail programming within current clients in partnership with the operations teams.
- Actively monitor the industry and seek insights for local pricing, products, and vendors with tactical outcomes and timelines for implementation. Conduct surveys and monitor feedback loops with our customers to regularly improve service.
- Train and inspire the field operations teams new planograms/menus/promotions/signage to ensure proper setup (communication, product, merchandising)
- Support operations team with client business reviews, events, sales presentations, providing insights as well as new products, services, training, and audits.
- Partner with regional growth team to provide retail proposal content, cost, and revenue targets during bid proposals.
- Support large account openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, onsite installs).
- Responsible for being the expert on our staff dining technology functionality including but not limited to reporting, promotions, loyalty, implementation, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing
- Food service, advertising, CPG, DSD and/or retail marketing experience is preferred.
- ServSafe certificate holder or will need to become certified within 90 days of hire.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise, and useful recommendations.
- Activate brand standards and fully execute at all identified points of service, resulting in consistency throughout the region.
- This position must have significant organizational and project management experience.
- Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
- A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs.
