Mill NDT Systems Manager

The position pertains to the management of personnel and business to sell and/or lease NOV Tuboscope manufactured tubular inspection equipment including aftermarket sales and services such as repairs, maintenance, interventions, upgrades, and spare parts to third party customers. The business covers the world market primarily in pipe mills and customer facilities non-related to Tuboscope field/mill inspection services.

 

Job Summary: 

The position pertains to the management of personnel and business to sell and/or lease NOV Tuboscope manufactured tubular inspection equipment including aftermarket sales and services such as repairs, maintenance, interventions, upgrades, and spare parts to third party customers. The business covers the world market primarily in pipe mills and customer facilities non-related to Tuboscope field/mill inspection services.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Daily management of personnel and communication as needed with upper management and other departments involved with the business.
• Point of contact with ongoing customers and establish contacts with new customers and projects.
• Maintenance of ongoing project contracts and representative agreements. 
• Monthly P&L forecasting and annual budget planning, preparation, and presentation to management.
• Work with engineering teams and project managers on new quotes and projects and present to customers.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience with different types of NDT equipment is a requirement.
• Previous experience in steel pipe mill operations is a plus.
• ASNT Level II or Level III MT UT is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft OS applications.
• Experience with JDE ERP and Team Center a plus.
• Domestic and international travel is required.
