People and Culture Department
The People & Culture (P&C) Team at Vantage is lean, effective, well-respected, and growing. Position Overview

Vantage is seeking a detail oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As an HRIS Specialist, you will support the utilization and optimization of our new recognition platform Achievers while also playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Workday system. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as driving system efficiencies to support our People & Culture (P&C) strategy. This role requires an understanding of P&C processes, systems, and data management, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Essential Job Functions
Achievers Platform Administration & Optimization:
Primary Administrator for Achievers, ensuring seamless platform functionality and user adoption.
Manage systems configuration, permissions, and workflows to align with business needs.
Provide training and support to P&C, Leaders, and Employees to drive engagement and effective utilization.
Analyze recognition trends and systems data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize the platform and integrate it with our other P&C systems.
HRIS Maintenance, Support, and Optimization:
Assist with configuring Workday modules, business processes, and security roles to meet evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with HRIS, IT, and external vendors as needed.
Monitor and maintain data integrity, including performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Partner with P&C teams to develop and refine reporting and analytic solutions.
Seek out opportunities to implement process improvements and optimize system functionality.
Provide input and recommendations for system configuration tailored to meet business needs.
User Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training materials, ensuring the end users are knowledgeable and comfortable using the system.
Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for HRIS functions.
Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
Project Support:
Assist with HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems.
