Summary:

As a Senior Product Definition Analyst (PDA) at Outpayce, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings. Join us in defining strategic advancements for the Outpayce Open platform, contributing to global platform initiatives, and focusing on key components. Your creativity and commitment will be crucial in developing top-quality features and technical enhancements that drive our success.

In this role you will:

• Influence decisions related to own activities, foresee dependencies, and understand consequences in complex scenarios.
• Contribute to transversal projects and propose process improvements.
• Evaluate requirements for processes, services, and the usage of payment open platform.
• Analyze business requirements provided by Product Management to define optimal functional solutions.
• Create Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications.
• Conduct functional walk-throughs for stakeholders, presenting the proposed solutions.
• Ensure functional compatibility and effective communication with Product Management, Project Management, and Development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PDAs, DEVs, and QAEs, to manage relations and enhance project outcomes.

About the ideal candidate:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in Travel IT and/or Payment industry (retail payments, banking).
• Proficient in synthesizing thoughts and flows, including UML modeling.
• Familiarity with REST/JSON API Design and SOAP XML.
• Strong expertise in detailed functional specification writing (Error management, Interface mapping, Flows).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in an Agile environment, with Scrum knowledge; SAFe is a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in scripting, particularly with Python is a plus.
