What you'll do:

• Senior Network Project Manager will lead end-to-end real estate and construction activities for wireless infrastructure projects, including site identification, lease negotiations, permitting, and execution of tower modifications and upgrades.

• This role oversees project delivery across North Texas and New Mexico, managing timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful deployment of network assets.

• The manager will work within a dynamic team of 15 professionals specializing in site acquisition, construction, and project management, driving operational excellence and supporting strategic network expansion initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Project Management Expertise

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Strong scheduling and budgeting skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (IWM or similar) preferred

Telecom & Network Knowledge

• Understanding of wireless technologies (LTE, 5G, DAS, small cells)

• Familiarity with RF principles and antenna systems

• Knowledge of fiber backhaul and transport requirements

Construction & Engineering Acumen

• Experience with tower structural modifications and civil works

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans

• Understanding of safety standards (OSHA, TIA, FAA, FCC compliance)

Real Estate & Permitting

• Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and NEPA/EHP processes

• Experience negotiating leases, rights-of-way, and easements

• Familiarity with municipal permitting workflows and timelines

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Ability to manage multiple contractors and suppliers

• Excellent communication for cross-functional coordination

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS tools

• Ability to analyze site feasibility and perform risk assessments

• Understanding of structural analysis for tower upgrades

Our Senior Network Project Manager, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
