Construction Inspector – Sanitary Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation
A multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking construction inspectors to provide construction inspection services related to sanitary sewer inspection and rehabilitation in Atlanta, Georgia.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years of sanitary sewer rehabilitation inspection experience; working knowledge of word and database processing software; experience working with tablets and laptop computers; thorough understanding of inspection procedures, methods, and principles; thorough knowledge of sanitary sewer rehabilitation materials, technologies, and equipment; and ability to read, research, and understand plans, specifications, and contract documents. The successful candidates will be self-starters, flexible, organized, and attentive to detail. They must possess strong time management, writing, and people skills and exercise independent judgment. Qualified applicants who are offered a position must possess a Georgia driver’s license and must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. Inspectors must have NASSCO (MACP and PACP) certifications. Georgia Water Distribution License is a plus.
