The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team which drives sales policy setting, process definition & improvement, approval as well as execution.
- Establish clear policies & SOPs on sales policies including but not limited to: sales incentive plans, calculations, exceptions, account ownership etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales policies based on rigorous quantitative & qualitative analysis, identify & implement iterations.
- Drive accountability for execution (e.g. attainment calculations, exception approvals, system input, final payout etc) to ensure policies are strictly followed & payouts are accurate
- Revamp existing policies, processes & execution to drive stronger steering from the regional level, and higher consistency, efficiency & output quality across sub teams.
- Identify deficiencies in processes & tools and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions; drive the adoption of new solutions, as well as provide ongoing training & documentation.
- Navigate complex situations & processes, drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, make iterations based on feedback, as well as act proactively to anticipate potential blockers.
- Collaborate closely with NA & global teams across MSO, 3M, Legal, HR, & other XFN teams to drive initiatives.
