This role will be based in the Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco).
We are seeking a Manager of Change Management as part of the Controllership Transformation team within LinkedIn’s Finance organization. This role will work with global stakeholders in accounting and finance to enable process and system improvements, and influence change that will globally scale the organization. This role requires practical experience as a change practitioner, with familiarity building change management practices. This is a global role, with business partners are located across the globe, primarily in Ireland, Singapore, and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Change Management strategies. Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how proposed changes will affect various stakeholders, departments, and processes within the organization.
- Utilize change management tools and methodologies to support the implementation of changes, such as communication plans, training materials, and resistance management strategies.
- Monitor the process of change initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness against predefined metrics.
- Continuously evaluating and reefing change management processes and strategies based on feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Generating reports and maintaining documentation related to change. management activities, including project plans, status updates, and lessons learned.
- Keep abreast of new developments in technologies and industry/functional trends impacting Finance.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration or equivalent work experience with professional training
- 5 + years of experience in developing and executing change management strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Prosci ADKAR change methodology (certification a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and excellent presentation skills to multiple audiences, including various levels of leadership.
- Ability to convey complex changes in an understandable way to different stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and resistance management.
- Good understanding of the SDLC and waterfall, agile project execution methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful enterprise-wide business initiatives within the Finance organization.
- Good understanding of overall business processes within Finance.
- Strong technical aptitude (learns new processes and systems quickly), and ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $171,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
