WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An Operations Manager for our Cabazon Outlet Boutique. The Operations Manager is a key role that ensures stockroom and product organization is maximized to increase store productivity and shortening the waiting time. As well Guarantee the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse. Ensure compliance with administrative rules and procedures. As well as a 360 vision of the boutique and closely works with the Store Manager/ Director to organize all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Handling:
- Maximize stock team productivity, ensure deliveries are completed within the day by liaising with the Distribution Centers, and providing support to improve performance
- Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
- Review compliance & productivity levels and re-address performance or develop alternative methods and solutions that will improve key metrics
- Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles
- Guarantee all shipping and receiving and paperwork distribution for inter-store transfers, RTVs and damages, consignments and transfers or deliveries to other locations, and in case of PR/Visual deliveries, store materials, supplies
- Monitoring the level and consumption of no core material (eg. Packaging, stationary, client tools)
- Ensure all outbound shipments (e.g. STS, & client purchases) are packaged according to company packing standards.
- Manage Staff uniforms (fitting, order, remittance, alterations, dry cleaning, and spare uniforms
- Support shipments to clients for distant sales and consignment and manage the whole process including returns.
Inventory:
- Leading the store cycle count and fiscal inventory, negatives items and sales order monitoring working collaboratively with the HQ operations and store management team
- Managing inventory efficiently, ensuring high standards on ticketing
- Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
- Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.
Sales Operations:
- Management of accounting paperwork such as Out of State shipment log for Finance team, and retention of sales journal, client sends, etc.
- System management – all Retail related systems (SAP Retail, Fiori, PRISM, Omni services, After Sales app, Service Now, Sysplorer) and equipment (RFID, dedicated shipping & receiving related hardware) upkeep & maintenance
- Cash management such as preparing cash deposit pick up (where applicable).
Customer service:
- Assist the team members in managing all delicate situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, customer returns, repairs, c
