Job Description & Summary
Join our Microsoft-focused consulting team and help clients in the Public Sector and Financial Services industries unlock the full potential of the Microsoft ecosystem. As a Microsoft Technology Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end advisory and design & implementation services across Azure, M365, Dynamics, and the Power Platform. You will support clients in cloud migrations and ongoing Azure environment management, digital workplace solutions, CRM/ERP implementations, custom app development and data-driven transformation initiatives.
This role blends advisory and delivery responsibilities, requiring both business and strategic insight and technical expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Microsoft transformation programmes across Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, and Power Platform.
- Advise clients on digital strategies, governance frameworks, cost optimisation, and roadmaps leveraging Microsoft technologies.
- Deliver hands-on development, implementation, integration, configuration, and management of Microsoft solutions.
- Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives, ensuring resilience, continuity, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement Dynamics365 solutions for multiple domains including ERP and CRM
- Design and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft solutions with client business needs.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership on Microsoft-led transformation.
Skills and Experience
Education and Certifications
- A third level honours degree, with a strong academic record.
Skills and Competencies
- 4 –10 years’ experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions in consulting or industry.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (including some or all of: security, infrastructure, applications, data, DevOps, governance & cost management, BCP/DR), Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), M365, and Power Platform.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience across the Microsoft stack.
- Experience with cloud migration, integration, and security best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Cybersecurity Architect, Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform).
