If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.</p><h2><b>What you’ll do</b></h2> <p><span><span><span>The <b>Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager </b>is responsible for developing OE strategies, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of OE tools and operating models, shaping policies, processes, and practices that enable and improve simple and effective business planning and management. The OE Senior Manager analyzes the organization structure, determines changes to organization responsibilities and staffing through organization design models and frameworks, and provides effective OE/OD guidance to help the organization deliver the corporate strategy.</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Determines strategic OE decisions that influence HR strategy and supports senior leaders in developing and delivering OE processes to achieve business strategy.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Possesses a broad and comprehensive understanding of theories and practices to support the business in all elements of OE (e.g., organization sizing, job evaluation/grading, headcount planning, spans and layers, and job architecture).</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Evaluates jobs in collaboration with the Reward team and HRBPs (e.g., new jobs and anchor jobs) ensuring consistency in approach.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Oversees the design and deployment of organization change models.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Executes the annual organizational “health check.”</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensures regular, accurate data submissions for dashboard reporting in line with business requests.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Leads OE projects to improve the simplicity and effectiveness of the business.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>Who you are</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Significant OE experience deployed in large complex organizations.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>CIPD or similar professional qualifications.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Master's level degree – ideal.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong project management skills.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Impact and influence – ability to influence executive-level directors across the organization, both group and local markets.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking – credibility in expertise.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Very strong communication skills – verbal and written.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Management consulting experience is preferred.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2> <p>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
